I will announce a Fancy Fan and Trim Tags giveaway on the 15th. I will announce the Winner of the giveaway on the 20th.

A SOIREE!!!~~~~ Marie Inspired Decorated Shoe. The challenge will be to go to your favorite Thrift Store, Antique Mall, Flea Market, or use one you already have. and find a pretty & cheap! pair of shoes with nice form and a good base. or use one you already have. Then you will bring them home and lovely them up in a style that Marie would have loved!
Then on April 30 we will all Make our Posts on our Blogs showing our beautiful Shoe Creations! Doesn't that sound like fun?!
Please let me know if you intend to join by leaving me a comment. I will add you to my sidebar for the event so we can all come visit eachother on the big day!

So if this sounds like something you might want to do, add this image to your sidebar and invite some friends. Can't wait to see all of your genius Artist ideas!
I will be adding many Marie products to my Etsy shop this month..Here are some you can find there now...

In addition to all the events listed above I have teamed up with Indygo Junction & The Vintage Workshop to bring you a Fancy new Project each week in April. Oh my goodness. Is that vintage jewelry I see on the gorgeous feather fans? I love them. Sounds like you're going to have fun this month. I will be checking back often. I'll have to see if I have time for the shoe project...

Angela, because of you I just picked up my first Artful Blogging magazine and LOVE your article! I can't put it down now. Funny, I actually found an artist not too far from me in it...different art, but art just the same. You should be so proud of your accomplishments! All I have to say is "You GO GIRL!!"

Love those pink filters too!

Keep up the great work and thank you for sharing your work and friendship.

Angela,
Thanks for coming by!!

I will ponder doing some shoes, and let you know if i decide to do them.

It sounds really fun, but, I have had to cut back on some blog land events in order to keep up with things in my store/grandma/wife life.

Blessings,
Barbara Jean

PS I am loving
the tags i got from you. =0))
