Christmas Projects & Card Swaps

Oh my goodness. Get ready. If there were a limit on number of photos in one post I'd be pushing it! I didn't realize how many card swaps I've been doing lately. Here we go!

The following Cards I made from really cool vintage clip art of babies holiday greetings. Very odd but cute. I used the clip art on the vintage lesson book and drew doodles around the images.

These cards were made for Heather Bluhm's Greeting Card Swap. I have yet to figure out the correct lighting inside my house at night. I received my package of cards back from Heather Bluhm yesterday & here is what they looked like. I was so much more than overjoyed with these beautiful cards. The cards images will appear first and their wonderfully talented makers will be in a smaller image under the card. Thank you everyone for the quality made cards!

The two swaps below are Atc swaps. This one being Phrases from a book atcs hosted by Club Creative. Ulla did a extraordinary job with these and even sent a beautiful pendant.

This week on Etsy....

These tags have gone through the very long process of cutting, punching, stringing, tying, coffee dying & stamping. Now they are ready to be used for Antique Mall rooms, flea market stands, garage sales, gifts, an etsy boutique or on gifts. They can be ordered in packages of 50.

Oh my goodness, I've had the hardest time trying to post lately. My lovely one year old spilled milk on my keyboard I was stuck without the use of punctuation and the letter f. Hmmm You never realize how much you use those things until their gone. And with not being able to use the letter f I could not explain to you all I can't use the letter "f". So funny and complicated. All is back on track now & I have about 3 posts I want to be sharing with you. Hope you all are having a wonderful August. Jaedin just started his Martial Arts lessons but because my daughters are such impatient and noisy darlings I wasn't able to get pictures inside the classroom. Hopefully next time! He did look so cute & all he talks about now is how he can kick and punch and "KIA". He's only had one class so far & I can already tell it's going to be worth the money. Happy Friday! I've been busy

What I've been doing lately.

I'm so in love with these soft and pretty roses. I make them out of crepe paper. I don't add stems because it seems every time I do a project with any kind of flowers I never keep the stems. You could set them on shelves with your books or dishes. They are just a beautiful eye candy and a one of a kind gift.

Very simply done. This is the card I put together for the Vintage Button Card Swap. No art on this one because it was so simple and perfect the way it was. Just adding incredibly cute vintage buttons around the pictures and writing.
