Moving soon :)
I don't think I've ever shown a picture of the inside or outside of my home on my blog before. No particular reason but finally I have photos to show. We have put our home up for sale and these are the photos being used to list it.
We've been so blessed in our adorable little starter home. When my husband and I were 19 we came straight from high school to having our first child marrying and moving into our first home together. That was January 1st 2004. I was 6 months pregnant with my first baby and I was so excited to decorate this home and make it my own. I've loved it here and still do actually.
I've always been a little afraid at the thought of moving in to a "house". This first home is a mobile home and I feel as though it has served as a home with training wheels. There hasn't been any huge breakdowns to fix and it's always been very easy to maintain. With only 900 sq. feet we have had plenty of room to grow into it and just this year have felt the desire for just a little more space. I'm still a little apprehensive about moving. I'm afraid of moving to a bigger home with multiple levels where your family members disappear into their rooms. In this home we're kind of forced to be with each other and I don't want to loose that.
In the beginning of this December we began discussing if it's time to finally try and find a home.
It has been interesting this first month researching what all needs to be done before even beginning the process. We've looked at budgets and income, we've thought about what we would need to have in a home in order to make it worth while moving.
We still have hang ups to work out as all people do when moving I'm sure but it looks as though we may be moving into a home with in the next couple of months. I'm very excited and scared of the unknown. Praying that I'm understanding God's will for our family. Where we should be and what kind of home will be safe and comfortable for our family.
I would love to hear any advice or stories you might have about your moving experiences!

we'll be sharing a similar experience this coming year. best wishes.
hi angela,
we lived in an apartment with our 2 boys until our oldest was 5. we had a goal of being in a house in a town we would really settle in, in time for kindergarten.
our apt. was very nice but it was small, in fact we used to call it "tiny town!" i could vacuum the whole place without ever unplugging the vacuum.
now in our house i have to say that we all love having a little space. it's a small house but it's nice that we can branch out if we want to. i'm sure you will find it to be the same.
good luck!
xo
Angela ~ I'm so glad you showed your home...the way you have it is perfect and beautiful! It really is...I know you will miss where you live...it always stays close to your heart...like our first home...on the other hand - I'm so excited for you...even though you may worry about the levels...you are a great mom, and I'm sure you will keep your family close knit still:) I didn't realize you would be moving so soon! But that is exciting!
Oh what an adventure lays in store for you guys but I am sure it will be hard to leave a home full of sweet memories. I hope that all is well with you friend. Jesus will lead the way. :)
Love your blog and articles in Somerset Life! Thanks for sharing about your home. Our first home was a mobile in Fl. We have four children and were able to afford to have more room. It sounds like you are a close knit family and that won't change with more room; the kids will always need to be where you are. BTW my kids are grown now ;two still live at home, college and all,but they make a point to be home for dinner. lol
Blessings, Gerri
Good luck with your moving plans. I think that no matter how complicated the process gets, as long as you and your husband work together, all will be well. And your children will be just fine too as long as their parents are in tune and in full support of eachother.
